Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to pause work until payment is made.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your service, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. Changes to the project scope may affect the final price and timeline.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Your artificial grass installation comes with a warranty on our workmanship. The specific turf products also come with manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with warranty details when you receive your quote.

Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property
• Ensure we have clear access to the work area
• Remove any items from the area before we arrive
• Notify us of any underground utilities or hazards

Limitations

We do our best to provide excellent service, but we cannot be held responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, weather delays beyond our control, or issues arising from pre-existing property conditions not disclosed to us.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We want you to be happy with your new artificial grass. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
